United States Postal Service Bans Laptops

Most people who ship items by USPS do so to save cost.

I did some research about alternatives to USPS, and found out that using other services such as UPS Air Freight can be cost effective.

UPS will usually require 150lbs minimum. But they'll still carry less weight at a slightly higher cost. Here is a link to the calculator: https://wwwapps.ups.com/fctc/timeandcost?loc=en_US

E.g. I used the above link to calculate the cost to transport . So as you can see, you're not really saving a bunch of money by not using USPS. In fact, I would venture to say that your items would be better handled by UPS.
