Nigerians are yet to enjoy life without clashes. On Sunday, the Erinle and Offa of Central Nigeria clashed over land. By the day’s end, 14 Nigerians were no more.
The land found in Nigeria’s Kwara state has been a source of dispute among Nigerians over years. According to reliable sources, the source of Nigeria’s grief this time round came from the Erinle community.
According to Nigeria’s police, Erinle youth attacked a construction site at the boarder of the two communities. Police in Nigeria further reveals that the attack on the construction site left three workers dead.
A fight ensued in which other 11 Nigerians lost their lives. When the Erinle attacked, a mosque was under construction. By the time, Nigeria’s police arrived, the mosque was no more.
