Most people who ship items by USPS do so to save cost.

I did some research about alternatives to USPS, and found out that using other services such as [b]UPS Air Freight[/b] can be cost effective.

UPS will usually require 150lbs minimum. But they'll still carry less weight at a slightly higher cost. Here is a link to the calculator: https://wwwapps.ups.com/fctc/timeandcost?loc=en_US

E.g. I used the above link to calculate the cost to transport . So as you can see, you're not really saving a bunch of money by not using USPS. In fact, I would venture to say that your items would be better handled by UPS.
