$16 bil? Could that be true that Olusegun Obasanjo has that much money? What is he spending that kind of money on? Maybe it's all sitting in foreign banks, instead of helping people locally.
Nigerians are interesting. They put money in foreign banks, where they pay to keep the money there. Such money could be better used to build businesses in Nigeria and provide work for people, but they don't do that.
