Diabetes is a disorder that occurs when the body is unable to process sugar properly. Approximately 1 out pf 10 adults suffer from diabetes. According to the American Diabetes Association, in 2006 diabetes was the seventh leading cause of death in people in the U.S. If you are diabetic, it is important for you to learn how to lead a healthy life by controlling the disorder. Many supports and resources are available.

Find a doctor. Endocrinologists specialize in diabetes, and the first step to understanding your diabetes is to find an endocrinologist with whom you can discuss your diabetes. Your endocrinologist will be able to give you individualized advice on how to control your diabetes and what steps you must follow to live a healthy life.

Following the doctors is the best way i think so.

Firstly ignore all sugar related feeds. It is a first precaution to live as a diabetic man
