Since Nigeria is a country of rich dishes, you probably have many dishes that you love equally.
Personally, I would say I love Jollof Rice. Also, goat meat tastes incredible.
There is a type of oil that the Hausa calls Moin shanu, which can be translated as Cow's oil. I love it a lot.
I also love Nigerian cheese. Of course, cheese is a general name, as there are different types. But the type of cheese I'm talking about is solid, white before being fried, and light brown when fried.
How about suya?
