Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Kaduna State Chapter, has said rampant cases of ethno-religious violence in parts of the country, as well as hostage-taking by militant groups would impact negatively on the psyche of the younger generation of Nigerians.
CAN state Chairman, Most Reverend Joseph Bagobiri, said this in Kaduna at an Easter dinner, where he expressed regret at general insecurity in the country, which had become worrisome to many Nigerians.
Both Christian and Muslim leaders attended the dinner along with the Kaduna State Deputy Governor, Mr Patrick Yakowa, and members of the state executive council.
