Nigerian Brain Tissues on Fire

Nigerian Brain Tissues on Fire

The mode of dressing for most Nigerian tribes is often loose. By loose I mean the articles of clothing would often get in the way should the person try to run, or engage in some form of physical exercise.

The men often wear Babanriga (Agbada), which requires frequent adjustments to keep it in place. A woman ties a piece of cloth around the waist that covers her from the waist to the ankle, along with a head tie that doesn't stay in place. These have to be retied often.

Westerners are practical in their mode of dressing, such that no ajustment is needed once one is fully dressed. Blue jeans and white T-shirt is common.

Perhaps the most noteworthy of the way Nigerians dress is men's headwear. Men's caps are often made of heavy material, which therefore acts as a heat trap. I can imagine these men's brains cooking on a daily basis as they battle with summer heat.

Let's face it, your brain needs to be cool for you to think well. And certainly as we've shown, that is not the case with Nigerian men.

Can one conclude therefore, that Nigeria is backward because the people in power have their brain constantly cooking in hot caps?
