The Kwara State government is offering interested parties with the right credentials and technological know-how the opportunity to invest in a motorcycle manufacturing and assembly plant.

Motorcycles are a popular mode of transport in Nigeria and the annual demand is around 1 million units. The federal government wants to increase the number of motorcycles manufactured and assembled locally. The project will involve the planning, design, construction, installation and operation of the facility. Local communities will have to participate actively in the construction of the facility as well as in its operation.
